How can you use empathy to resolve conflicts with public speaking vendors?
Empathy doesn’t necessarily mean you agree with everything the other person or side is saying. It means you’re listening and respecting their space to feel and experience whatever it is that they are feeling or experiencing, without judgment. This is an immensely important attribute regardless of what industry you are in.

You’re a public speaking professional and your team is in conflict. How can you turn things around?
It can be tempting to not address conflict head on. That’s the wrong approach, though. In order to find the root cause of conflict on a team, every team member needs to feel safe and heard, and like they can be open and honest. Without this foundation, I do not believe conflict is easily resolvable.
