I’m battling with this on a daily basis…. How did you overcome?
Christopher Earley I open them. My client multinational corps run 7 days, 24 hours , 365 days a year. While I actually shut my phone off when I sleep now (for past few years), if I’m awake and available, I read and answer. Never know when your client is in a real jam.

Christopher Earley 💯! It will still be there the next business hours morning. Guaranteed! R-e-l-a-x. 👊
I am working on email addiction recovery. ok not that bad, but I am trying to not look at them at certain times any more.

Christopher Earley ~ I could say the same thing about opening an email on vacation after my last two weeks away...
