    Launching a joint venture between two prestigious professional accounting organizations is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Helping businesses drive sustainable value by leveraging the skill sets of CGMAs is key to our global economy. This current strategic adventure will have the CGMA be the most recognized management accounting designation in the world.

    Overall project manager and leader of the relocation of over 400 positions in a multi disciplinary team of CPAs, IT professionals, journalists, event planners and more from the NY tri-state area to Durham, NC. Responsibilities included project scoping and ROI, location identification, building construction, managing a $40M operating budget, minimizing disruption to a $200M+ revenue base, dual operations during transition, hiring of 350 new staff, human resource management, and more.
