Feeling so energized and fulfilled after a week of amazing Women in Music programming! ❤ This week's WIM Philadelphia Chapter Open House brought out over 100 local music industry professionals to Brooklyn Bowl Philadelphia! I'm still buzzing from seeing so many familiar faces, connecting with students, and making new friends – the entire evening was a testament to the incredible spirit of the Philadelphia music community. Shoutout to the team Wendi Jensen, Jenna Schlesinger, Becky Blumenthal, Maggie Poulos, Carolyn Lederach, and Maggie Bond – looking forward to collaborating on more projects together! As if the week couldn’t get better, this year's WIM Summit just wrapped up three days of inspiring virtual programming. Thank you to Nicole Barsalona for inviting Michelle Conceison and I to host a networking session with WIM Collegiate Chapters and the next generation of music industry leaders. I’m so proud of Sophia Porras, Julia Linden, and Charlotte Xenopoulos for leading their WIM Collegiate Chapters at Drexel, Northeastern, and NYU with such purpose and passion – they are doing amazing work fostering community and building a crucial support system for likeminded peers on campus (job recruiters: take note of these ladies!). I look forward to collaborating with current and future WIM Collegiate Chapters on more programming! Congrats to Nicole Barsalona, Belinda Ligotino, Dina Morales, Ashleigh Poff, Nicolle Periola, Mia LeBlon Noir, Jessie Massabni and the rest of the WIM Team for organizing another amazing summit! Can't wait for next year! 🌟
