It was a fantastic opportunity for patients and community members to get vaccinated against flu and COVID-19, while also learning about the latest Medi-Cal expansion. We’re excited to announce new student rotation sites in Napa and Livingston! Senior students will participate in two-week rotations at Communicare+OLE (formerly OLE Health) and the Livingston Community Health Campus. The locations serve patients who come from areas in the state considered as dental health professional shortage areas by the Health Resources & Services Administration. The rotations are supported by the first community-based clinical education grant from the California Dental Association Foundation, in partnership with the state Office of Oral Health.
