By providing the resources of the largest national network to local electric co-ops, Touchstone Energy® helps our member systems strengthen their relationships with their member-owners. It is a national network of electric cooperatives across 47 states that provides research, communications resources, and employee training programs to help its member cooperatives better engage and serve their members. This achievement is a testament to our collaboration with the dedicated Clay Electric team of Adam Mela, PMP, Kathy Richardson, APR, CPRC, CCC, Laurel Ring, Brenda R. Rhoden and Nick Jones. Their hard work and commitment have equipped the co-op's employees with a powerful suite of tools to enhance communication, streamline workflows, and improve member services.
