I recently had the pleasure of interviewing mickael perron, the charming and dedicated Bar & Beverage Purchasing Manager of The Lanesborough, whilst sipping a luscious cocktail made with SUAVE Tequila, a brand I’m proud to represent. The interview has been published in Bar Magazine UK Magazine. Describing SUAVE, Mickael Perron says: “SUAVE Tequila is a drink which is soft and gentle. It’s made with care and to sustainable, organic methods. You can really taste the richness of the Blue Weber Agave. I really appreciate what they’ve created.” The Lanesborough serves SUAVE’s Lunar expression and I met Mickael in the elegant Withdrawing Room and Library Bar at this beautiful Hyde Park Corner venue. Standing on the site of the former Lanesborough House, which 100 years later became St George’s hospital, The Lanesborough opened in 1991 and the site has a proud history spanning the Crimea and Napoleonic Wars. So, how did an oyster farmer from France become a top hospitality professional in London? You can read my interview in Bar Magazine here: https://lnkd.in/eRnayFGk with thanks to the Editor Eleasha Pritchard and Publisher Manjeet Griffiths. Thanks also to Jo Stevenson Timini of The Lanesborough for her support and for helping with the history of the magnificent building that is now one of Knightsbridge’s crown jewels. SUAVE is distributed in the UK by JBE Imports Ltd

"Art washes away from the soul the dust of everyday life." (Pablo Picasso) We’ve long believed in the power of art to be a great connector - one that transcends the generations to unite and inspire. So, it’s no surprise that as an asset class, it remains a mainstay for wealth owners across the world. Building on this belief, we were delighted to invite the 1fs Wealth community to join us in celebrating the work of an emerging young artist whose "Lost In Time" oil painting exhibition is currently making its debut at The Lanesborough in London. While we had an extra special reason to be celebrating (with the artist, Lucas Console Verma, being the son of our founder and CEO Bobby), it was fantastic to be joined by so many members of our community, who share our passion for the creative. Lucas uses AI to bring a modern twist to the Grand Masters and this fusion of the traditional and contemporary is something that has parallels with our own offering here at 1fs. As a company, we are capitalising on AI to elevate our platform and services to new levels, providing the most advanced wealth intelligence solution available today. Our thanks once again to all those who joined us and to The Lanesborough Group on hosting such a fantastic evening. Jo Stevenson Timini #art #artist #exhibition #community #oilpainting

Reflecting on the mesmerising journey through time at last week's 'Lost in Time' private view, hosted at The Lanesborough Grill. Our latest Art Programme showcases the remarkable talent of the young British artist, Lucas Console-Verma, who blends classic composition with digital collage and AI generation. This synthesis raises the depth and complexity of each painting, creating a visual narrative that goes beyond replication, where the past and present collide and where conventional brush marks meet the possibilities provided by contemporary instruments. #Art #BritishArt #ModernArt
