I recently had the pleasure of interviewing mickael perron, the charming and dedicated Bar & Beverage Purchasing Manager of The Lanesborough, whilst sipping a luscious cocktail made with SUAVE Tequila, a brand I’m proud to represent. The interview has been published in Bar Magazine UK Magazine. Describing SUAVE, Mickael Perron says: “SUAVE Tequila is a drink which is soft and gentle. It’s made with care and to sustainable, organic methods. You can really taste the richness of the Blue Weber Agave. I really appreciate what they’ve created.” The Lanesborough serves SUAVE’s Lunar expression and I met Mickael in the elegant Withdrawing Room and Library Bar at this beautiful Hyde Park Corner venue. Standing on the site of the former Lanesborough House, which 100 years later became St George’s hospital, The Lanesborough opened in 1991 and the site has a proud history spanning the Crimea and Napoleonic Wars.
