Project Spotlight: Houston Methodist Baytown Hospital Cancer Center Linac Replacement Tellepsen was selected to construct a vault to house a new Linear Accelerator at the existing HMBH Cancer Center. The project included construction of a Linear Accelerator Vault, Control Room, and renovation of surrounding clinical areas that support it. We are proud of our work that has a meaningful impact on the end users, especially for medical professionals and their patients. And always strive for a happy client: "Throughout the project, Tellepsen consistently demonstrated a deep understanding of LINAC technology and focused on its critical role in cancer treatment. Tellepsen's ability to collaborate effectively with our team and adapt to changing circumstances was particularly commendable." - Michael Bletsch, Director Facilities Design & Construction at Houston Methodist 📷 Geoff Lyon #TheTMeansSomethingMore #construction #hospitalbuild #BaytownTX #Houston

Get to know Anthony Rubino, Senior MEP Project Manager, celebrating his 25th anniversary with Tellepsen this year! From the start during his initial interview, Anthony knew Tellepsen was the right place for him, greeted with smiling faces who clearly enjoyed their work. Anthony began his construction career in estimating and evolved to focusing on MEP, with a knack for complicated projects. The main takeaways from Anthony - learn from and take the good parts from people, always have fun and enjoy the ride! #Tellepsen #QualityControl #Houston #BuildingHouston #MEP #TheTMeansSomethingMore #construction

Tellepsen's own Bill M. Brown recently guest lectured for a construction science class at Texas A&M School of Architecture, teaching the importance of a solid project execution plan. Thank you for educating and inspiring the next generation of the construction workforce! #construction #TAMU #Tellepsen #constructioncareer #Houston
Thank you to Texas A&M School of Architecture, Tellepsen and Guy Cooke for allowing me a platform to give back and teach! I would have told you that you crazy if you told me that something I created was going to be used to teach a construction science class at such a prestigious university! Today I was a guest lecturer and I taught the significance of a Project Execution Plan and it’s affect on schedule development. The end game is to create a plan that aligns not only the project team, but also aligns the Clients and Subcontractors we serve.

This week, our Chilean flamingos moved to their brand-new exhibit, the South American Wetlands aviary, part of our Birds of the World exhibit opening Labor Day weekend. Zoo staff, volunteers, and board members stood side by side to form a human wall to help navigate the Zoo’s 54 flamingos to their new habitat. Our newest exhibit will feature three spacious aviaries, and each housing approximately 15 different bird species. Read more: bit.ly/4ceYfrh
