Our T3 Eastside project in Austin was named Best New Office Building at the 2024 Austin Business Journal Commercial Real Estate Awards! The T3 project is a timber-framed 90,533 SF Class A Office building with three levels of tenant space, a fitness center, locker rooms, a bike lounge, private balconies, and a rooftop patio. TCC Houston participated in a ‘Safety Stand Down’ event as part of #NationalConstructionSafetyMonth at our Carpenters Logistic Center project in Channelview, Texas. Eastwind Logistics Center has reached a significant construction milestone! Our team has finished pouring two out of six slabs for Building 1 and has started laying out and framing tilt-up wall panels. Our construction team is progressing as planned for Phase I, which includes three Class A buildings totaling just over 850,000 SF. Eastwind Logistics Center is set to be completed in Q2 2025!
