Schnabel’s own Chadd Yeatts was honored to serve as the ACEC Virginia 2023-2024 Chairman. “I am grateful for the opportunity to serve this great organization as Chairman,” said Chadd. “Helping ensure the successful hiring of a new President in Kristina Preisner and guiding the organization for a successful transition was a rewarding experience. I’m proud we were able to grow our PAC and make our voices heard for the protection of the engineering profession.”
As our program year ends, we would like to extend our deepest gratitude to ACEC Virginia Chair Chadd Yeatts with Schnabel Engineering for his incredible contributions as a PAC Champion at both the state and national levels and your exceptional leadership in advocacy and legislative efforts. Chadd successfully organized the first ACEC Virginia event at the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) Residence in partnership with Metropolitan Washington, which saw a delegation of 10 and attendance by 6 of our national legislators. This event fostered important dialogue and showcased your outstanding organizational skills. Chadd's initiation of the strategic planning process for ACEC Virginia's 2025-2027 period has laid a strong foundation for future success. Additionally, his efforts in facilitating the smooth transition of the ACEC Virginia President from Nancy Israel to Kristina Priesner ensured organizational stability and continuity, which is invaluable. Chadd's passion for regional social events has demonstrated the organization's statewide presence and enhanced member engagement. His deep commitment to ACEC Virginia drives your proactive efforts to prepare it for future challenges and opportunities. Thank you once again, Chadd, for all you have done. We are truly grateful for your dedication and hard work, which significantly impacted ACEC Virginia.
