Jessica’s dedication as a mentor has not only provided invaluable insights into the intricacies of architecture but also highlighted the importance of collaboration in our profession. She enjoyed sharing her career journey with students, who find inspiration in hearing about the path to becoming an architect. As a team leader, Jessica found the experience personally fulfilling and believes strongly in the impact of mentorship on young minds.
