"Rooted in Manhattan’s iconic Chelsea neighborhood, Ruby offers 480 thoughtfully designed studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes. This residential development is blooming with natural green spaces and wellness-focused amenities, including the light-soaked lobby garden created by COOKFOX Architects." Lux Exposé featured Ruby, developed by MAG Partners, as a "Luxe NYC Residence with Insta-Worthy Private Gardens," and we couldn't agree more. Read the full feature here: https://lnkd.in/g8nhypJk

We had an inspiring day at Baltimore Peninsula listening to our Founder & CEO, MaryAnne Gilmartin and Pinky Cole Hayes, CEO of Slutty Vegan ATL and Bar Vegan ATL, lead a community conversation around the release of Coppin State University’s recent report on entrepreneurship and Baltimore youth. Led by Dr. Ronald C. Williams, these two founders and successful entrepreneurs shared their stories with an enthusiastic group of young people. The discussion highlighted Pinky Cole Hayes and MaryAnne Gilmartin’s personal stories of facing challenges and grabbing opportunities. Here are some takeaways that inspired us: “Your affiliation and association matter so much. Knowledge really is the key. You can go far alone, but you can go further with other people. And the people that you go further with are the people that are smarter than you... that can teach you a thing or two." - Pinky Cole Hayes “Have a plan. But be prepared for that plan to be disrupted because that’s what happens in life. … Chance does favor the prepared mind, but you also need to be open to the possibility that you haven’t quite thought of something that might grab you.” – MaryAnne Gilmartin A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Ron Williams from the Center for Strategic Entrepreneurship at Coppin State University for moderating the conversation and spearheading this impactful report.

The team enjoyed our annual company community day by working in the Brooklyn neighborhood of Baltimore to help open the South Baltimore 7 Coalition headquarters. As part of Baltimore Peninsula's historic investment in South Baltimore, we are proud to see a physical representation of our lasting impact on the neighborhood in this new hub for the community. A ceremonial ribbon-cutting with the SB7 Leadership and local dignitaries capped off a full day of setting up and beautifying the building and surrounding block, including the installation of a brand-new sign welcoming the entire South Baltimore community. Our thanks go to all our partners who made this possible, including Bill Ferguson , Baltimore Council Member Phylicia Porter, Whiting-Turner, and The H. Chambers Company.
