Chambers is proud to be a part of today's BEC-Baltimore tour of Under Armour’s new global headquarters, currently under construction at Baltimore Peninsula. Led by The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, this exciting tour offered over 40 participants from AIA Baltimore and the Greater Baltimore Community a behind-the-scenes look at the building envelope and the infrastructure that support the project’s goals for sustainability and authenticity. Designed by Gensler with construction scheduled to be complete in November 2024, this mass timber building project integrates sustainable design principles that reflect LEED Platinum Certification goals, achieve net-zero operational energy, and meet WELL Building Standard requirements. After the tour, participants enjoyed mingling on Chambers' outdoor terrace for happy hour, overlooking the Patapsco River on a beautiful Friday afternoon. Not a bad way to kick off the weekend!

Our team was pleased to coordinate interior finishes and selections with MAG Partners LP to help foster a better working environment for SB7 through thoughtful design. Our summer giving continues as members of our DC team volunteered at the Capital Area Food Bank, helping to pack 360 boxes that will be distributed to senior citizens throughout DC, Maryland and Virginia. Each year, CAFB packs and distributes 50+ million meals with food supplied by the USDA. Kicking off the summer with a fun-filled day of volunteering in our community! ☀️ It was a 'fruitful' day of picking berries, harvesting vegetables, and preparing the orchard for future plantings at Little Portion Farm. This three-acre, sustainable farm grows, harvests and donates food to The Franciscan Center of Baltimore, which provides a variety of critical needs to Baltimore City communities to promote self-sufficiency and independence.
