We proudly developed the Tata Innovation Center at Cornell Tech with innovative design from WEISS/MANFREDI Architecture/Landscape/Urbanism  to drive specific outcomes. Envisioned as a “crystalline incubator”, this first-of-its kind collaboration space set the stage for research and innovation to intersect. Aimed to blend the talent of Cornell Tech students and tenant tech companies, transparent design and central circulation spaces were built to blend entrepreneurial and academic pursuits. #InnovativeDesign #CornellTech #MAGPartners

Over the years, we've had the honor of supporting talented artists by providing spaces for their work in our buildings. From installations at Barclays Center to ever-changing construction fence murals to partnerships like the Public Art Fund, we strive to add vibrancy to our projects. Our buildings have showcased large commissions from world-famous artists and offered platforms for emerging talents, bringing thought-provoking and exciting art to our community. We are celebrating the reopening of one of Baltimore’s most cherished restaurant locations, Rye Street Tavern, alongside Under Armour Founder and CEO Kevin Plank, our partner at Baltimore Peninsula. This is the first restaurant to open as part of the burgeoning dining district we are curating. Our recently topped out development at 300 E 50th Street is transforming the corner of 2nd Avenue in the vibrant Turtle Bay neighborhood.
