Welcome to the HighFive family! 🖐 We are consistently adding top talent to the growth of HighFive. HighFive would like to welcome our newest addition, Gavin Poole. Gavin will serve as the Chief Financial Officer.  Gavin is an accomplished finance executive with 2 decades of experience in global healthcare with emphasis on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), seamless integration & strategic enablement. He began his career in South Africa at Deloitte in entrepreneurial services audit, and then moved into corporate finance. After supporting a successful IPO, Gavin joined a client, Dimension Data, as they expanded to the US. As the years advanced, he shifted his focus to healthcare and joined Henry Schein in 2003 as a finance leader in several platform developments including international expansion, animal health, strategic investments, and global oral surgery platforms. After 15 years with Henry Schein, Gavin joined Therapy Brands in the practice management technology space for behavioral health. When not in the office, you can find Gavin on the trails, running and biking, or out on the water with his family and friends!  We are excited to see Gavin support HighFive with his skills in navigating complex financial landscapes and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry!
