Manufacturing portable, user-friendly CNC machines to advance field fabrication and onsite maintenance
About us
CN-Seamless, Inc. designs and manufactures portable CNC machines that makes robotic precision as adaptable as manual torch operation. We expand the universe of designs that fabricators can complete in the field and improve the overall efficiency and safety of shops that work with materials that are difficult to maneuver. Rather than bringing the material to the CNC table, our customers can bring their CNC to the material.

This week we had the opportunity to exhibit at the NCMS – National Center for Manufacturing Sciences Technology Showcase at FRC East in New Bern North Carolina. The hot weather couldn't stop us from showing off the deployable precision torch cutting capabilities of the Mach 1 with both plasma and oxy-fuel. Thanks to NCMS and FRC East for collaborating with small businesses as they prepare to open their ENC Tech Bridge tomorrow! Last week we were fortunate enough to send Josh Cooper to Paris for the Eurosatory Global Defense show to co-exhibit with the Economic Development Partnership of North Carolina (EDPNC). We had a fantastic time meeting leaders in defense from around the world and learning about a great number of new applications for the CN-Seamless Mach 1 product. We look forward to integrating the needs of the defense industry into our future products and software updates to build an even more versatile portable fabrication robotics platform that thrives in the toughest environments. Thank you to all who stopped by our booth and to the EDPNC for their support as we seek to expand our presence in the United States and beyond!

The #construction industry is facing 𝟓𝟓𝟎,𝟎𝟎𝟎 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐣𝐨𝐛𝐬. Robots and Automation are being developed to fill the labor gap and create an attractive industry for the next generation! 👷♂️👷♀️🏗️ Just like #manufacturing, the construction industry is having a hard time keeping up with the growing demand for commercial, industrial, and retail developments. As a result, companies are developing #robot solutions to help fill the gap and demand. This recap features a variety of robotic companies creating solutions for the construction industry. 🔹Boston Dynamics🔹Dusty Robotics🔹Renovate Robotics🔹 Canvas🔹 Raise Robotics🔹Okibo🔹Skyline Robotics🔹Built Robotics🔹Hilti North America What other solutions are you seeing that are helping automate the #constructionindustry If you want to learn more about #robotics and their commercial applications, then check out the RoboBusiness show in October! Attend sessions and network with many engineers and companies in the industry! Edit: I wanted to tag a few other companies I have been messaged on so people can check out those solutions as well!! It's the first Metalworking Monday in March! In the latest installment of the CN-Seamless Lab Series, Samuel Marcom shows how the Mach 1 can cope beams in the field. With the strong electromagnet base, the Mach 1 can be mounted directly to the beams being cut and the cope layout can be imported from a 2D CAD file or created using the point-to-point mode on the designer. In just a few minutes, you can execute a full beam cope with nothing more than the CN-Seamless Mach 1, set of oxy-acetylene bottles, and beam of your choice. Sophisticated beam coping machines are large, expensive, and can't be deployed into the field or tight fabrication shops. The Mach 1 is a fraction of the price, and lives up to the CN-Seamless mission: faster fabrication by anyone, anywhere. Please contact Josh Cooper if you'd like to see a demonstration of the Mach 1 in person. Check out the video link in the comments and have a great start to your week!

It's Metalworking Monday! If you've ever used an oxy-fuel torch you know how hard it can be to cut the simplest lines or circles. With the CN-Seamless Mach 1, you can fabricate high complexity designs anywhere in the field or tight corners of your shop. In the latest video in our YouTube Lab Series, we walk through how easy it is to perform these complex cuts with the Mach 1, and we do it on a couple of sawhorses in the lab. With the ability to mount the machine directly to the metal, you can save valuable time transporting material back and forth to the shop and complete your fabrication entirely in the field. As always, if you'd like to see a live demonstration of the Mach 1 contact Josh Cooper directly or visit our website. Have a great start to your week and remember to fabricate faster with CN-Seamless!

Happy Fabrication Friday! Check out the CN-Seamless YouTube channel where we posted the first video of our new CN-Seamless Labs series. https://lnkd.in/eeEa_zNb We tested the capabilities of cutting through thick steel and discuss some of the Lab Lessons Learned (LLL) from this experiment. The end result is a successful cut through the 6" plate, and we can't wait to modify this simulation to attempt greater thicknesses in our next tests. Have a great weekend and if you get the chance please like, comment and subscribe to our channel!

The Ultimate Fabricator's Companion: Every time we show experienced tradesmen the CN-Seamless Mach 1 it feels like we learn something new. We understand the success of our product lies in the hands of skilled fabricators who will come up with creative ways to solve their problems, and just like an ordinary hammer, our machine is only as good as the person using it. Thankfully, steel fabricators are some of the most creative people on the planet. During a live demonstration we were asked to cut a hole in schedule 40 pipe, and sure enough the Mach 1 made easy work of these 1.5” diameter holes. If you’ve spent time drilling through steel pipe you know it takes time and precautionary measures to get it right. The CN-Seamless Mach 1 recently added pipe-cutting to the list of capabilities, and we’re sure that list is going to continue to grow as our machine is used by more skilled fabricators. If you haven’t already, subscribe to our YouTube channel @cnseamless and if you’re interested in seeing our machine in person reach out to Josh Cooper!

Helping Founders Launch, Grow, & Exit | Building an Entrepreneurial Ecosystem | Sharing the 20+ Yr Journey of Entrepreneurship | Believer in No Bad Days | Faith, Family, Fitness, Freedom
I went down memory lane yesterday when I spoke to a couple Mechanical Engineers who created a product and are taking that baby to market. The idea was birthed while they were in college. Worked full time till they got the sales fly-wheel turning. Quit the 9-5 to step into the wet and wild world of entrepreneurship. All those hats behind me represent ventures, startups, lessons, failures, bumps, bruises, and scares. Yes, we had a couple good exits, but day-to-day inside a startup is hard. Even when you get to momentum phase there are still challenges... New and different challenges (systems, staffing, people, growth), but always challenges... My advice is simple... Be bold, be courageous, make that call, shoot your shot, send that email... Enjoyed the call Sam and Josh... Cheers to some fellow Blue Collar Founders out trying to make an impact on their lives, inside their family, and ultimately their employees and community... #cnc #portablecnc
