This is a great little book! I listened to this on my commute in hopes of learning more about team building and strengthening team dynamics. Through a fictitious but realistic story, the author is able to delve into 5 key problems in teams, how to identify them, strategies to deal with them. At the end, the lessons are summarized and connected together to show how one issue leads to another. It made me think about the teams I lead and about the bigger teams I am a part of. If you lead a team, or are part of a team, I strongly encourage you to give this little book a read/listen!
