Abstract
Este volumen presenta los Estatutos y Reglamento del FMI, los cuales se adoptan en virtud de la facultad que confiere el Convenio Constitutivo del Fondo Monetario Internacional y lo complementan. En caso de discrepancia entre ambos prevalecerá lo dispuesto en el Convenio Constitutivo. Los Estatutos y Reglamento abarcan una serie de temas, entre los que se incluyen el tamaño y la composición de la Junta de Gobernadores y del Directorio Ejecutivo del FMI, las solicitudes de admisión al FMI, las cuotas del FMI, los derechos de votación, las disposiciones sobre el personal y los derechos especiales de giro del FMI.
Abstract
Cet ouvrage présente la Réglementation générale du FMI, qui est adoptée en application et comme complément des Statuts du FMI ; les Statuts feront autorité en cas de conflit. La Réglementation générale couvre un certain nombre de sujets, notamment la taille et la composition du Conseil des gouverneurs et du Conseil d’administration, les demandes d’admission au Fonds ; les quotes-parts ; les droits de vote ; les règles concernant le personnel et les droits de tirage spéciaux du FMI.

В этом томе изложен Регламент МВФ, который принят в рамках полномочий, предусмотренных Статьями соглашения МВФ, и призван дополнять Статьи соглашения, которые имеют преимущественную силу в случае какой-либо коллизии. Регламент охватывает ряд тем, включая размер и состав Совета управляющих и Исполнительного совета МВФ, заявки на членство в МВФ, квоты в МВФ, права голоса, положение о персонале и специальные права заимствования МВФ.

تحدد هذه الطبعة النظام الأساسي لصندوق النقد الدولي، الذي يتم إقراره بموجب اتفاقية تأسيس صندوق النقد الدولي، والقصد منه أن يكون مكملا لها؛ وفي حال حدوث تعارض بينهما، تعتبر الاتفاقية هي المُلزمة. ويغطي النظام الأساسي عددا من الموضوعات، منها حجم وتشكيل مجلس محافظي الصندوق ومجلسه التنفيذي، وطلبات العضوية في الصندوق، وحصص عضوية الصندوق، وحقوق التصويت، ولوائح الموظفين، وحقوق السحب الخاصة التي أنشأها الصندوق.

本巻は、国際通貨基金の付随規約を定めている。付随規約は、国際通貨基金協定に基づき採択され、また、同協定を補うものとして企図されており、何らかの対立が起きた場合に優勢と見なされる。付随規約は、IMF総務会と理事会の規模と構成、IMF加盟申請、IMFクォータ、議決権、職員に係る規定、IMFの特別引出権など、多くの項目を網羅する。
