Ingredients

  • 1/2 English cucumber, sliced into 24 pieces

  • 1/2 cup cream cheese

  • 2 ounces smoked salmon, cut into 24 pieces

  • Fresh cracked black pepper for garnish

Directions

  1. Spread each cucumber slice with cream cheese (about 1 teaspoon each). Top each with a piece of smoked salmon. Garnish with cracked black pepper, if desired.
