From the heirloom gardens to the heritage livestock pasture, our Farmstead is a year-round operation constantly adding to the rich history of the Farm and its environs.
We begin re-seeding sheep pastures.
The Farmstead team begins pressing apple cider.
We harvest edible flowers, herbs, peppers, squash, beans, okra, greens, root vegetables, milling corn, peanuts and sorghum.
Garlic and onions are planted.
We begin Winter bed prep in the Garden.
We mill corn for grits and other grains in the kitchen.
