Ok, I’ve installed a lot of window film in my time, and this was the most difficult time I’ve had. If there is a single carpet fiber or any lint at all on this rainbow colored film, it will look bad and messy. I would advise undercutting it a tiny bit because if you hang it up and try to trim a tiny bit at the edges it will mess up the film and look wonky. Also, you’ll want to be very careful smoothing out the film as you apply it because the film can crease, get scratched, or stretched out. I would advise using a window film application kit if you decide to apply it yourself. The view from the inside of the window is gorgeous and changes from pink to blue depending on time of day, but the outside is orange/yellow so be aware of that if you go with this rainbow color option. It makes a statement and is like having a stained glass window and it’s so nice when the sun comes through. I am already noticing a difference in room temperature which is also a bonus.
I got this window film because we have a foster pug (hopefully our eventual adopted dog), and he had been barking out the window at people all day long. He has a bark that can be heard two houses down the street. This window film is completely opaque so it’s nice not to have to rely on blackout curtains, and the privacy is also a bonus. I wish both sides were the blue and pink combination, but it works well for our needs. I would recommend getting a professional to install it because, like I said, if you mess up even a little bit it looks messy. Installing this almost led me to drink and I had to order an additional roll because I melted down and crumpled one up in my frustration.

Step 1. Keep Window or Glass Clean
Step 2. Measure the window and determine size
Step 3. If you need to cut,draw lines the window film with markers.
Step 4. Wet the Window or Glass with water( the more water, the better)
Step 5. Remove the Static Film from backing protect sheet ( Please MAKE SURE you have removed it before you apply the matte window film to glass), if it is difficult to tear off the protective film, you can try to tape the two sides with duct tape and then peel off.
Step 6. Squeegee away air bubbles and redundant water with a scraper or hard card (Don't move it again for 24 hours)
Step 7. Much easier than Wall Decals, 2 people work together more efficiently.
Step 8. Enjoy your works! If you want to remove it, simply peel the window film from any corner. It comes off leaving no residue cleanly.

I simply cut to size and the cling application was a breeze! (It helps to spray window down with a good amount of water) Worked exactly how I had hoped! Would purchase again. Beautiful colors cast on the walls when sun comes through the window

I’d never put these on my car windows because you can’t see out of them. However, my truck topper is fine!
It took some finagling but I followed the instructions and it was a breeze to put on. I have to still add more to the other window, but since there is just a hairline of space between the two sliding windows of my LEER truck topper, I was able to attach this multicolor non adhesive privacy screen.
Looks trippy, and helping to keep my belongings inside cool! Can’t wait to have both windows fully colored out!

I purchased the multicolor film. There weren't any reviews for it when I purchased so hopefully this helps someone else (and the people who make it).
Pros: I truly do LOVE the color and the way the light comes through these. It's very beautiful.
Cons: Unfortunately, no matter how beautiful the cling itself is, you can't use it if you have standard windows that are about 29" wide since this cling only comes in 17" width. The lines between the two clings when put up cannot be hidden. You won't get that beautiful seamless effect the seller shows in the photos, it's impossible unless you have incredibly narrow or colonial grid windows.
In addition, the corners of the cling itself have a hard time staying up - and simply don't stay up if you've cut a piece to be the 11" wide you need to fill in the gap. This seems to be because the roll is so narrowly wound. If these were rolled up around larger rolls, it would likely be much less of an issue and would be far easier to wrangle them up onto the window without getting dust between the cling and the glass. I could overlook this you couldn't see the seems when putting them up.
PLEASE make this in 29" wide! I could overlook how terribly the corners stay up or how much of an absolute pain it is to install because it's been wound so tightly around a tiny roll, but everything good about this window cling is lost if you can't cover your window and see the seams between the cling when trying to fill it in. They fill my apartment with the most beautiful light, I only wish I could use them!
