Love it!
I bought a home with older windows and right now I do not want to spend a whole lot for brand new windows because we intend to remodel our kitchen anyways and reduce the size of the kitchen window, so this would be a great quick fix. You can see the temperature difference in the pictures. This window gets direct sunlight at the hottest part of the day in Texas for about three hours and heats up my kitchen. After hanging up the tint (I bought the mirror one way tint) only on one side of the window, I put my curtains back up and waited about five minutes. I took the temperature to see the difference and practically 20° difference. Now keep in mind this was only after five minutes of putting it up this window actually has registered at almost 110 with the curtains up. I can post an update on the temp later. Wasn’t quite as easy to put up because I was in an awkward position over my kitchen sink, I have a general idea of what I’m doing but it’s a good thing that it’s inexpensive and I can try again and know what not to do because I definitely did not cut straight lines with a box cutter.

NOT Mirrored, Reflective or "One Way" in ANY Way!

If you're buying this based on the description, and expecting it to be like mirrored one way glass, DONT! It's not that in any way! It is barely even a shaded film, and definitely not worth the money even if that is all you want from it. I was expecting it to be what was advertised, it's not even close. You can see right through it, even under perfect conditions. As for installation; it's just as frustrating experience as any other window film. Which is to say, it depends on how much room you have to work with, prep you do, AND if you have help. But I digress. The salient point is that this is NOT what is advertised at all, and should be taken down or have the description changed. The little bit of "mirroring" in the picture is just the fact that it's glass on a sunny day and has nothing to do with the film at all. As you can see you can see the blinds and things clearly through the window.
