Spider repellant that actually WORKS

I ordered this after doing some research for bug (specifically spider) repellant. I HATE / am terrified of spiders but I also don't want to kill them (I do, however, consider spiders coming into my home an invasion and act of war; if they show themselves, they're going down).

After a particularly "spider-y" summer, I couldn't take it anymore. I read that orange oil or d-limonene is a good repellant so I ordered this and diluted with water to use as a spray. I was hopeful but wasn't expecting much since every other spider repellant trick I found online did absolutely nothing (my favorite was when I read spiders don't like mint or lavender so I literally pinned mint leaves and lavender in spider hot-spots on my walls... that SAME evening there was a massive spider sitting right next to one of my pinned leaves, as a giant middle finger to my attempt to run them out of town). I was very pleasantly surprised to see that the d-limonene actually works!

Tested it out on fabrics, on my walls, and different surfaces to make sure it wouldn't cause any damage; no damage or stains on anything! I routinely spray this in rooms, behind furniture, directly on walls, around windows and doors, outdoor lights where bugs are attracted, etc. Because it's a natural substance, it wears off after a few days, so I just reapply. I tested it out by going over a week without reapplying and found that eventually the spiders came back. When I consistently reapply the spray every few days my home stays spider-free! (Also used it at my mom's house when she discovered termites, and completely wiped them out!).
**I have not done much research on whether or not d-limonene is toxic for pets, so I spray in areas they cannot reach or lick, to play it safe. I also spray in ventilated areas (the scent smells good but can be overwhelming if you plan on fortifying your walls for spider-season like I do).

I am SO happy with the results. I don't have to feel guilty about killing spiders since they don't even come near any place where the d-limonene has been sprayed. It may sound strange, but this has brought me SO much peace of mind and has alleviated so much anxiety over looming spider-season. THANK YOU for making this product!

I can’t believe anyone even gave this a bad review. There’s no way that you tried this product for other uses her than shoeing away cats. This product is not only a great cleaner but it is also a great odor remover. I have sprayed this on laundry that has had odors before washing it. I sprayed it on clothing that our cats urinated on I sprayed it on clothing that just had a smell prior to washing it and it eliminated the urine it eliminated that odors in the laundry, it’s a odor remover. The Product is great at deterring my cats from going in the spaces that they shouldn’t go into a spray it on furniture that they shouldn’t scratch on. It deters them for at least as long as it scent last which I don’t want it to last forever because I don’t want my products to smell like orange spray forever. I think for what a product can do for as long as I can do it I just think it’s a great product and ship be given five stars.
I used it to clean my bathroom. I use it to clean my kitchen. I’ve sprayed it in my garden to kill weeds. I have sprayed around my house to deter cats other cats. I have sprayed it to kill ants. I will just say me and my kids just this is one of our favorite products in my home, we’re always like where is the orange spray!? Lol

I don't even know how I stumbled onto this product but came across a recommendation on Reddit. I was sceptical because of the rave reviews it's received but honestly it's phenomenal! We rent a condo and the previous people who lived here were SLOBS. I've cleaned up and down but there were still places where grime stayed that I couldn't get off with anything else. I cleaned the kitchen top to bottom with this (got SO much off), got tons of scuffs (shoes, bike tires...) of the walls and baseboards, and mystery spots on walls... They're gone!! We had some paint transfer from where the vacuum hits the baseboards and this product didn't really do much about that but I'm super happy otherwise. I did a large portion of our mudroom and stairs today (walls, floors, doors, stair railing) and the smell is a liiiittle overwhelming when you do a large area at once but I opened the windows and it's fine now. Leaves a fresh, clean smell and makes everything look so much better. Haven't used it in the bathrooms because I'm a big bleach user but might give it a shot. A natural alternative to hard cleaners that does extremely well. Totally worth the money. I haven't needed a new squirt bottle like other people have, bottle seems to be working fine! I'm serious though... It works on everything I've tried. Super happy with this.
