Our client is seeking a Senior Finance Leader to join their global leadership team. In this newly created role, you will collaborate closely with the Global CFO to ensure exceptional finance control and processes across each finance function in their London and European offices.

In simple terms, here are some of the responsibilities:
Manage treasury functions, banking relationships, and accounts payable for European offices.
Oversee annual audits, compliance projects, and ensure adherence to firm treasury guidelines.
Handle billing and collections processes, and collaborate with Legal Talent and Tax departments on payroll and tax issues.
Conduct performance reviews, ensure best practices, and provide ongoing training for European staff.
Streamline workflows, manage multi-currency operations, and handle additional related projects and compliance assignments.
Ideally you will have:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or management.
Expereince as an FD or CFO in a large law firm or professional services environment
Extensive experience leading and developing teams, ideally in a global environment
Any language skills in French or German are advantageous but not essential
