Many of our candidates are asked to complete a technical test as part of an interview process, either before the company will meet them or at the final stages before an offer is made. Whilst a test can be an important part of the process for employers, candidates are finding it increasingly frustrating due to the time commitment required to complete, particulalry if they are in demand and have multiple opportunities they are pursuing.
