About The Team And The Job
The Director – Strategic Finance is primarily responsible for driving process improvements in technology, analytics & reporting, and decision-making. Collaborating with Finance & Accounting and IT leadership, this role supports the global Workday rollout. Additionally, the Senior Manager educates internal stakeholders on analytical tools and technology adoption, oversees the international deployment of Workday, and builds and manages a team of analysts.

The Director – Strategic Finance is primarily responsible for driving process improvements in technology, analytics & reporting, and decision-making. Collaborating with Finance & Accounting and IT leadership, this role supports the global Workday rollout. Additionally, the Senior Manager educates internal stakeholders on analytical tools and technology adoption, oversees the international deployment of Workday, and builds and manages a team of analysts.
How You'll Contribute
- Collaborate with various business teams to optimize internal and external processes using technology and data.
- Oversee analysis, including financial analysis, time studies, gap comparisons, and ad hoc analysis.
- Translate financial processes and data into user-friendly reports, visuals, and workflows.
- Partner with stakeholders to design processes, solutions, and analysis, aligning with the global Workday rollout strategy.
- Create information solutions to drive process improvement based on operational or system requirements.
- Participate in training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Educate team members on ERP features and processes, acting as a liaison between business users and IT.
- Lead the functional solutions deployment of Workday internationally.
- Extensive experience in Finance/Accounting.
- Experience managing a team or developing automated solutions.
- Experience with Workday, Adaptive Planning, or similar platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation.
- Strong knowledge of ERP solutions and the ability to identify optimization areas.
- Ability to understand finance and business requirements and translate them into prioritized, executable solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
