Director Project Management

If you are an experienced Project Management professional with a track record in delivering large scale office refurbishment projects, taking buildings back to shell and core and completing both CAT A and B fit outs, then this could be an opportunity to propel your career.

Huntsman have been approached by one of our clients to identify a Director to join a market leading, multidisciplinary consultancy business in central London that not only have a fantastic reputation in the market, they have an enviable client list to match.

Located in the heart of London, this particular team specialises in the delivery of refurbishment schemes across a wide variety of clients to include Professional Services Companies, Private Equity, Hospitality, Co-Working and much more.

Due to a recent project win, they are looking to employ a Director to work closely with the Senior leadership team to deliver a complex, large scale office for one of their clients. The projected value of this scheme is in excess of £100million.

In order to be considered for this role candidates need to have the following experience:

• A minimum of 10 years experience working within Project Management for a Construction Consultancy or Developer.
• Can demonstrate where they have successfully completed projects involving complex office refurbishment schemes.
• Have the ability to manage, mentor, train and develop junior staff up to and including Senior Project Managers.
• Have worked on complex, high rise buildings.
• Are personable, client facing and can demonstrate a consultative approach dealing with contractors, consultants and clients.

On offer is a competitive base salary of up to £100,000 plus an excellent benefits package. There is also clear progression into further senior leadership positions within this company.
