One of the many great things about ReBorn is the incredibly visionary, passionate & hard-working team behind it. 💚👥 Anna Berry, Neil Amer, Sara Allbright & Elaine Hooper from Retail100 Consulting have been working closely with Brian Walmsley and the rest of the ReBorn team since the start: guiding the overall vision and building the retail proposition in particular. With over 100 years retail experience between them, from John Lewis & Partners & beyond, they have a deep understanding of how to drive a successful business in retail. 🤔 Moreover, as part of Team ReBorn, they've also lent their considerable talents to: - Building collaborations with like minded brands 🤝 - Selecting the best packaging partner 📦 - Identifying the best warehousing solution. 🏢 For anyone building a retail proposition in the UK or internationally, then we couldn't recommend them highly enough!! 🙌🏆🥇🎯💯 #teamworkdreamwork #retailsuccess #madeinbritain #ukmanufacturing #circulareconomy #recycledmaterials♻️
ReBorn Homewares
Furniture and Home Furnishings Manufacturing
Welcome to ReBorn! Giving Materials New Life Stylish homewares all crafted with care in the UK, from recycled materials.
About us
Do you know where your homewares come from? The dish drainer that you replaced on your last IKEA run, the washing up bowl that started to fade the day you bought it, or the coat hanger collection that you intended to be matching but, inevitably, isn’t? The answer is invariably virgin plastic from China. New plastic, made from fossil fuels and shipped around the world. All at great cost to our planet. Moreover, these products are often “co-moulded” meaning that they’re made of mixed materials that can’t easily be recycled at end of life. So, most of this plastic will end up in landfill, and never decompose. To tackle this unsustainable approach that we all seem to overlook, ReBorn® was born. ReBorn® is dedicated to creating recycled homewares that fit beautifully into your home.

What gives you a warm glow inside at work? For the ReBorn team, including the fantastic Julie Davis at PLASTIC ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS LIMITED, it's often when we see our hard work in-store and in homes, being enjoyed by staff and customers. 🏠 These interactions can lead to great conversations about the importance of local manufacturing in getting to a more circular and lower carbon economy - which Wiltshire based PLASTIC ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS LIMITED is helping to deliver. ♻️ Here's Julie at John Lewis in London (Oxford Street) with all the ReBorn products on proud display. 🤔 What do you think of when you hear "Yorkshire steel"? Is it British industrial heritage, the Full Monty or something else? 🌟 For ReBorn the answer is our talented partners Phill Brown, Laura Myatt, Wez Dance & all the team at Craven & Co. Whan you hear the word Biffa, what do you think of? 🤔 Is it waste collection services, those huge red lorries & bins, or something else entirely? In fact, Biffa is at the forefront of improving the way the UK deals with all our waste - from collection to processing to redistribution.💪 And they're also a brilliant partner to ReBorn, by collecting & processing the waste that is used in many of our wonderful products. 💚 Biffa already has the capacity to recycle 190,000 tonnes of post-consumer and post-industrial waste, and they plan to raise this to 240,000 tonnes by 2030.👏 Here are a few photos of Brian, Will & Hannah from the recent ReBorn meeting at their Redcar facility in Redcar near Middlesborough. ♻️ ReBorn 💚 Biffa!
