It was an absolute privilege to support the National Institute of Teaching System Leaders Impact Conference yesterday, with John Barneby FRSA delivering the keynote, reflecting on the journey of Oasis. This closing conference for Cohort 2 of the Trust and School Improvement Offer (TSIO) program, was a culmination of a year-long journey. It aimed to provide a platform for reflection on participants experiences as system leaders, fostering a deeper understanding of their collective impact. The discussions around measuring impact and optimising resource allocation were particularly insightful, with the identification of strategies to navigate the evolving educational and political landscape being another key highlight. Witnessing the connections forged between system leaders was incredibly gratifying. Building a strong support network is paramount for success, and we hope the relationships established today will be a lasting legacy of this conference. #SystemLeaders #TSIO #NIoT #Education #Collaboration #OCL #NationalInstituteOfTeaching #OasisCommunityLearning

We have been delighted to welcome delegates from the National Institute of Teaching School Trust CEO Programme this week for their second immersion week of the programme. The focus of the week has been on ‘Effective Communication.' The participants have enjoyed a broad range of activities, giving them practical skills and insights that can only be gained through direct experience. We hope the experience will strengthen their understanding through engagement in activities at every level within the running of a Trust.
