It was an absolute privilege to support the National Institute of Teaching System Leaders Impact Conference yesterday, with John Barneby FRSA delivering the keynote, reflecting on the journey of Oasis. This closing conference for Cohort 2 of the Trust and School Improvement Offer (TSIO) program, was a culmination of a year-long journey. It aimed to provide a platform for reflection on participants experiences as system leaders, fostering a deeper understanding of their collective impact. The discussions around measuring impact and optimising resource allocation were particularly insightful, with the identification of strategies to navigate the evolving educational and political landscape being another key highlight. Witnessing the connections forged between system leaders was incredibly gratifying.
