Congratulations to ESS chef Mohamed Elhrabi who has been shortlisted in the Intermediate Apprentice Level 2 category at the Multicultural Apprenticeship Awards! In the lead up to the 80th anniversary of the D-Day landings, we were incredibly proud to host veterans for a special event at Southwick Park before they left for France to attend the commemorations. Today we remember the individuals who gave everything to secure peace for the generations to come and thank them for their service. #DDay80

Congratulations to Chris Lamb, Business Performance & Quality Manager for ESS, who recently completed the Springboard 100km challenge in Cambodia! Chris joined a team of 22, representing organisations from across the hospitality industry, to support in the construction of an eco-bungalow before embarking on a 100km trek from Siem Reap to Angkor Wat. In the lead up to the event, Chris and the ESS team arranged a variety of fundraising activities for the charity. Well done to Chris and the other Springboard trekkers!
