    Join us at The Chefs Table on the 22nd of November, in the iconic Kelvingrove Art Gallery & Museum, for a night to remember. You will be treated to a spectacular five-course meal from five renowned Michelin-starred chefs, showcasing the very best of Scotland’s larder. This promises to be an evening of exceptional culinary experiences, outstanding service and superb entertainment, including a Charity Auction. The outstanding Chefs each preparing a course are: Adam Handling - Chef/Owner of Adam Handling Restaurants Geoffrey Smeddle - Chef Proprietor at The Peat Inn Stephen McLaughlin - Head Chef at Restaurant Andrew Fairlie Graeme Cheevers - Chef Patron at UNALOME by Graeme Cheevers Andrew Hamer - Managing Director of Wilde Thyme The mission remains the same: raising funds for Beatson Cancer Charity, dedicated to brain cancer research — a cause deeply personal to our Managing Director, Andrew Hamer, who tragically lost his sister Mary-Anne and friend chef Andrew Fairlie to this disease.     We are pleased to announce that the Entier Kitchen has retained its Eat Safe award again for a 2nd year following a routine inspection by local Environmental Health. This award is attained by having the highest standards in food safety and hygiene, and provides an incentive for businesses within the hospitality sector to strive for food hygiene and safety management standards beyond those that are required by law. We are only 1 of 3 establishments in the area to have this award and we are really proud of it. For our clients the Eat Safe Award provides a recognisable sign of excellence in the standard of our food hygiene, showing that our food is being prepared in the safest manner possible.     Our latest MLC training course is underway for the next 2 days, held in our bespoke training kitchen in Westhill. We are the only Marine Coastguard Agency (MCA) approved centre in the North of Scotland. The MLC training course is designed for all chefs and cooks on board commercial sea-bound vessels and the certificate is legally required in accordance with the Marine Labour Convention (MLC 2006). Aimed at all seafarers with proven experience in the industry with an appropriate food hygiene certificate but no formal cookery qualifications, the course will provide a formal qualification to work across sea-bound vessels internationally.     The Auchterhouse Shoot 2024 Entier are proud to support The Shoot 2024, a charity event that has been taking place for the last twenty one years. On the 11th of August 400 guests will be welcomed to Auchterhouse Country Sports, for a day of shooting, socialising and fundraising. Since it's launch, The Shoot has raised and distributed over £4 million to charities across the country. This year The Shoot is raising funds for Maggie's Centres, JDRF UK and SEAMAB. Supporting charity events such as The Shoot is extremely important to us. Here at Entier we are deeply committed to supporting our local communities and initiatives, we strive to make a positive social impact and support the lives of those around us.     Grilled Summer Vegetable Salad with a Crispy Soft Hens' Egg and Hollandaise Sauce. Do you want to learn how to cook this? This dish is the starter for our upcoming cook-along, held in our bespoke training kitchen in Westhill. Led by our award-winning Executive Chef, Orry Shand, previous winner of Scottish Chef of the Year and current Manager of the Scottish Culinary Team, you will take part in a hands-on cooking experience, learning how to prepare and plate a beautiful 3-course meal, getting to sit down and enjoy each course as you go. Along with this delicious starter, you will learn to cook Chef Orry's Signature Beef Wellington with Truffle Mash Potato and Red Wine Jus, and Set Lemon Posset with Barra Strawberries and Oat and Sesame Tuille. Chef Orry will be there every step of the way to ensure you master each dish with confidence, making sure you can take these skills home and really impress at your next dinner. It is £120.00 per person, which includes all you need for each course, fizz and canapes on arrival, recipe cards and your very own Entier branded apron.     During a recent visit to Australia, our CEO, Peter Bruce, had the pleasure of meeting Lindsay Bunn, an esteemed athletics coach from Western Australia and the driving force behind the CALD program, which Entier proudly sponsors. Lindsay has devoted his life to fostering the growth of athletics within the Indigenous community and promoting diverse participation across the region.
