We had the pleasure of hosting educators from #CambridgeSchools worldwide this weekend in Cambridge, UK for the 2024 Cambridge Schools Conference. 🌍 This year's conference theme was 'Effective communication: from competence to confidence'. 💬 👉 Swipe through our gallery to see highlights from the final day. 1. The sunshine joined us for day two! Delegates enjoyed post-lunch ice cream from The Saffron Ice Cream Company.☀️ 🍦 2–3. Attendees participated in interactive breakout sessions. 4. We need greater visibility and articulation of the crucial role education plays in tackling climate change, says our Global Director for Climate Education, Christine Ozden, following London Climate Action Week. London Climate Action Week is one of the world’s largest independent climate change events, bringing together individuals and communities in London for events and collaboration to find global solutions to #ClimateChange. During the week-long event, Christine spoke in a panel discussion titled 'Empowering Futures: Integrating Inclusion in Climate and Education Systems' and attended the Flagship Climate Action Innovation Forum as a Climate Leader Delegate, where she had the opportunity to engage with other globally renowned climate leaders to share expertise, experiences and solutions.
