OPEN TO ALL! We are hosting an online session on 8 October, hosted by Daisy-Rose Srblin and Beki Osborne, that aims to explore the lived experiences of a group of younger leaders in civil society. They will share the findings of their conversations with other young leaders and their respective leadership journeys to this point, pausing to reflect on specific complexities faced such as age-based discrimination and how these challenges are often made more acute when intersected with matters of specific lived experiences. Please share with your network https://lnkd.in/eMk7GXMJ

Meltingly hot day to be in Manchester for a Department for Culture, Media and Sport reception attended by representatives from across its (wide) portfolio, but a great opportunity to hear the Secretary of State speak with passion of her new brief, and to have the chance to catch up with several ACEVO members and other sector colleagues, including Sarah Elliott, Maddy Desforges OBE, Chloe Stables and David H..

When you join ACEVO, you get instant access to our online community for charity leaders. It's a place to find and offer support. recommendations and knowledge. Here's what Paul Whiteing has to say about the community:
-
These are some of the words our members used to summarise the 'My next 3 months' online session, which we host quarterly. 'My next 3 months' is a quarterly check-in for members to reflect on the past three months and to plan for the next three months. A safe space for leaders to reflect on their experiences and learning, and to think through priorities and how they want to approach the next quarter. ACEVO members: check the 'Events' section on our website to book your place - next one takes place 10 October
