Registration will open on Thursday, October 10, 2024. The early bird registration discount will end on Thursday, January 16, 2025.

Note: The submission deadline for all podium presentations (Symposia, Single Presenter Papers, Data Blitzes, Professional Development Sessions, and Workshops) closed on July 11, 2023. Thank you to all who submitted! Your submissions will be sent out for review in the next step of the programming process.

Are you a student planning to submit an abstract for SPSP's 2025 Annual Convention? Our Student Committee is here to help, offering guidance and comments to help improve your symposium or poster abstract before you submit!
The Student Committee will accept symposium abstracts for review until July 2 and poster abstracts until August 12.

2025 Preconference Applications Now Closed
Thank you to everyone who submitted an application for the 2025 SPSP Preconferences! The application portal is now closed. We will be reviewing all submissions and will announce the list of accepted preconferences in July.

Housing opens on Thursday, October 10, 2024. The deadline to reserve housing at our negotiated rate is Wednesday, January 29, 2025.
