Community Health Trust of Pajaro Valley is pleased to offer the Kathleen A. King Community Room for use free of charge. To ensure a pleasing experience for all, please thoroughly review the guidelines by clicking below.

- Reserve your time using the calendar below. Hit the (+) at the bottom of the calendar OR select your time and click Book. In NOTES section, please let CHT know if you will be utilizing any AV equipment for your meeting.
- Submit your Liability Insurance via the file upload located at the bottom of the webpage.*
*Liability Insurance must cover a minimum of $1M per occurrence and received 48 hours prior to rsvp date or will be subject to cancellation.
NOTE: If we already have a current liability form on file, you may skip this step. If you are a reoccurring user, please ensure that you renew and resubmit your certificate of liability insurance before it expires. All certificates of liability insurance must be valid at the time of room use.
