Active Wellness

Understanding the importance of physical activity in preventing chronic illnesses, CHT is excited to launch free exercise and healthy movement classes for Medi-Cal members. These classes will provide a supportive and inclusive environment for individuals of all fitness levels to engage in regular physical activity, promoting well-being and preventing the onset of chronic conditions.

Stay tuned for more classes in Spring and Summer 2024!
