HNO lessons learned

Overview

The following report is a compilation of the results from an Humanitarian Needs Overview (HNO) Lessons Learned survey along with feedback and information gathered through the course of working on the HNOs. The purpose was to gain an understanding of how clusters felt the HNO process went this year, gather feedback on the new PiN guidance, and to compile comments regarding multi-sector assessments and the JIAF in order to provide feedback for REACH and OCHA.
