The College Station City Council Thursday night voted to issue 43-million-dollars in certificates of obligation. It’s an option that allows the city to finance critical infrastructure projects without requiring direct voter approval.
Residents in College Station had an opportunity to tell College Station City Council their thoughts and opinions on the proposed budget for the coming year on Thursday.
This new space called The Lumin will be a five-story, first-class office space with an on-site fitness center, covered parking and views over the lake.
