The role:

As the Paynest Country Manager for Spain (based in Madrid/Barcelona), you are set to spearhead our expansion into the Spanish market, marking a significant milestone in our journey. Your role will be pivotal in launching Paynest's commercial activities across Spain. 🚀

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the launch of Paynest's operations in Spain, setting up our footprint in the Spanish employer ecosystem.
• Craft and execute a clear go-to-market strategy that leverages partnerships, direct sales, and other channels to introduce Paynest's innovative platform to Spanish businesses and their employees.
• Collaborate closely with Paynest’s leadership to pinpoint and seize new strategic and commercial opportunities, aligning with our mission to improve company’s inefficiencies, while always taking care of their employees.
• Achieve and exceed growth targets on a monthly and quarterly basis by being proactive, innovative, and strategic.
• Navigate the dynamics of the Spanish market with agility, adapting strategies in response to market trends, consumer behavior, and regulatory changes.

• Fluent in both Spanish and English are a must.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage and negotiate effectively across diverse audiences and stakeholders.
