Our history
Our three founders realized they wasted a lot of time managing employee schedules, vacations, contracts and payroll and they were sure there was an easier and a more effective way to do it. That’s why they created Factorial; a business solutions management software that helps CEOs, managers and employees to streamline processes, draw conclusions and focus on what is really important.
