To mark #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth in May, we launched a holistic health perk consolidating our existing physical activity perk with nutrition and mental wellbeing options supported by nutritionists and psychologists via Wellhub. It was also an opportunity to open up the dialogue on #neurodiversity as supporting mental health in the workplace starts by recognising the diversity every single individual brings. Only by doing so we can create an environment and culture where everyone is catered for.  Speaking about neurodiversity is acknowledging the natural variations in human brain functions and behaviours which bring unique perspectives and strengths to our team. Last week we celebrated the 3rd edition of our Purpose Days where all employees had the opportunity to get together for an #AI themed hackathon to improve our ways of working and/or our product.  For this edition we partnered with Google’s Customer Engineering team who joined us to share some thoughts on the current state of art in AI, what the future holds in this space and help us make the best use of #Gemini. A total of 20 teams were formed to put AI at the service of our team and users. This week Namrata Sandhu gave a Lightning Talk at Wallapop on how Vaayu leverages #MachineLearning and #ArtificialIntelligence to build the largest environmental database to track and reduce the impact of retailers at scale and ultimately help consumers make informed consumption decisions.
