Immunization Requirements

Drexel requires all entering full-time undergraduate and graduate students to complete an immunization record. You may access this form by going to the Forms page.

The prematriculation immunization requirement is based on the recommendations of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Health Immunization and the American College Health Association. You may satisfy this requirement by completing the Immunization Record, which includes all immunization requirements for entrance into Drexel University.

There is a $50 University processing fee which must be paid by all students regardless of where the student receives vaccinations. This fee will be placed on the University bill.

Meningococcal B Vaccine Information

Drexel University currently does not require the Meningococcal B vaccine as the American College Health Association, our guiding body, has not yet endorsed this vaccine as required for University students. We do recommend that all students speak with their family physicians about the advisability of getting this vaccine and, if necessary, we will assist students in finding Philadelphia locations where the vaccine is available.

  6. To download your immunization record, select "Immunizations." Then click on the Blue Button on the bottom that says "Download My Data."

  8. After you insert your date range, press "Download PDF."
  9. You can then save this document in a PDF format.
  10. You may then complete Part I of our Immunization Record and the Tuberculosis (TB) Screening Questionnaire found on our Forms page.
