Why is my order not here yet?
- From the time you submit your naloxone order request it can take between 1-2 weeks to receive your order. To inquire about the status of your order after this window please email cdphe_naloxonebulkfund@state.co.us.
Do I need to notify anyone once my order has been received?
- Yes, please email cdphe_naloxonebulkfund@state.co.us to confirm you have received your naloxone delivery successfully.
How can I order more naloxone?
- You will use the same order form you used for your first order. This link can be found in your Naloxone Bulk Fund confirmation email.
Do I need to resubmit my entity's application to order more naloxone?
- No, if your entity is already enrolled in the Bulk Fund please email cdphe_naloxone@state.co.us for the order form link.
How quickly can you send me naloxone?
- CDPHE does not house naloxone on site and therefore cannot distribute naloxone on short notice or outside of the established Bulk Fund procedures.
- CDPHE partners with a pharmaceutical distributor for the distribution of naloxone products.
- Orders for naloxone are placed weekly.
I am already enrolled, how quickly can you send me naloxone?
- If you are already enrolled, it typically takes 1-2 weeks to receive shipment once the order is submitted to the distributor.
I am not enrolled yet, how quickly can you send me naloxone?
- If you are not enrolled the application process can take 4-6 weeks and we may be able to connect you to resources to partner with another agency in the interim.
