These employees enjoy the freedom of working from home while also deciding where home is regardless of where their employer’s physical offices are located. Likewise, some employees enjoy remote work models that let them continue doing their job while they travel outside their home city, state or even country. Here are some companies that let you work from anywhere.

Wasabi Technologies, which provides cloud storage for businesses around the globe, is a fully remote company. Its Boston, Massachusetts headquarters is available for employees, but the company offers unlimited flexibility so that workers can take care of their families when and how they need. 

 

Strategic design firm Grand Studio specializes in UX/UI design and digital products. The company’s headquarters in Chicago is one option for workspace, complete with commuter benefits, but employees are also welcome to work from their home or anywhere in the United States. 

 

VelocityEHS provides AI-powered ESG and ESH management software solutions. Its employees enjoy a remote work arrangement that allows them to balance productivity with flexibility. VelocityEHS supports employees in structuring their work around their lives instead of the other way around, with a goal of being able to explore and understand the world in order to better serve the global community.

 

Superhuman has an office in San Francisco, but its employees all work remotely. The company offers an email client designed to enhance productivity, aimed at making email management more efficient. Employees at Superhuman receive a home office stipend, a monthly meal budget, 100 percent covered health insurance and unlimited PTO.

Lob’s mission is to provide intelligent direct mail that’s fast, personalized and sustainable. The fully-remote marketing company’s employees work from all across the globe, and Lob provides a monthly co-working space stipend. Employees are encouraged to work from co-working spaces throughout the country and even internationally.

 

Fully remote fintech company Moov Financial does not have a physical office location. Employees work from anywhere, and the company doesn’t care where it is. Moov, which provides a payment platform that makes it easy for businesses, merchants and users to accept, store, send and spend money from a single API, provides home office stipends for all employees.

 

Employees who choose to work remotely for Mason receive a home-office stipend, while workers who prefer to work onsite in the company’s Seattle office enjoy commuting benefits. Mason’s Smart Device Platform provides fully managed infrastructure for developing and delivering smart devices. Founded in 2015, Mason employs 63 workers.

 

BlueConic’s customer data platform allows businesses to unify and activate their first-party customer data across various channels in real time. Each employee can choose their working style, no matter how close they live to BlueConic’s Boston headquarters or its locations in the U.K. and the Netherlands.

The average time spent on-site at the company’s Longmont, Colorado office depends on the specific role, but the company embraces a hybrid work model. Scythe Robotics specializes in autonomous robotic lawn mowers designed for corporate groundskeeping and professional landscaping.

 

Gradient AI provides artificial intelligence solutions for the insurance and financial services industries. Its employees can work from anywhere in the United States.
