I am a concerned citizen who brings new eyes and a fresh perspective to the issues which currently are impacting our communities.

  • Education to get back to the basics of reading, writing and math in an educational environment specific to the child’s special needs.
  • Public Safety - making our neighborhoods safer.
  • Jobs/Economy - to increase small businesses by streamlining regulations.

Granting parents the choice as to where to send their child to obtain a quality education and to allow the funds to follow the child. Giving the parents options as to which educational system would best create a conducive environment for their child’s specific educational needs.

To represent their constituents’ interests over lobbyists or other private groups or entities.

An elected official’s paramount task is to ensure that the constituents concerns are heard and addressed through appropriate legislation on the issues that directly impact their communities. Providing a good education to all students is one of those issues.

In my senior year of high school, I was in the 4/4 plan. Four hours were spent in class in the morning. In the afternoon, I worked for four hours at an insurance company as a file clerk.

I would like to see students who are on track to graduate, be exposed to the same type of program. Gaining valuable job experience in high school gives the student confidence in finding work after graduation.

Upon my graduation, I had one year experience as a file clerk under my belt. This made finding my next job less daunting.
