Case has been featured in Forbes, The New York Times and other publications as a pioneer in Active Entertainment, and a thought leader for the increasingly relevant "Experiential" segment of the consumer economy. In addition to his work at SkyZone, Case teaches Entrepreneurship and Experience Design at the BYU Marriott School of Business; is a frequent speaker on leadership and entrepreneurship; and is a competitive Pickleball player.

  • Secure Our Southern Border! If elected, here is what I’ll do: First, I’ll lead the effort to reinstate the Trump policy of turning back migrants at our border. I’ll also push to reinstate the wait-in-Mexico policy for asylum seekers - instead of releasing them into American cities. Both of those changes will disincentivize migrants from starting the journey. Second, I will lead an effort to secure a common sense, comprehensive border security package that can pass both houses. Including border walls, high tech cameras, motion detectors and more border agents to identify persistent weak points and permanently seal them off.
  • Fiscal Responsibility! If elected, here’s what I’ll do: First, I will be a leading voice on the need to return to regular order. Where single issue bills are negotiated in public, refined in committee hearings, and focused on actually solving problems. Second, I will lead in congress by taking on our largest, unfunded liabilities. Including addressing the revenue shortfalls bankrupting Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security. We can keep our commitments to our seniors and still reimagine these programs for future generations. Finally, I will be willing to take the hard votes that need to be taken to protect America for future generations. I will reject the partisan games that maximize noise but minimize results. And I will focus
  • Economic Growth! If elected, I will make Economic Growth the Priority it ALWAYS should be. Immediate policy goals would include: 1) Unleash our Energy Sector by re-establishing domestic energy independence as a national goal. There is no greater correlation than that between a booming energy sector and a booming American economy. 2) Eliminate the Federal Gas and Diesel Tax to put money back in the pockets of American families as a direct counter to the worst inflation in 50 years under the Biden Administration. 3) We need to make the 2017 Small Business Tax Deduction Permanent (it is set to expire in 2025).

Fiscal Responsibility, Securing the Border, Driving Economic Growth and Restoring the American Dream!

Ideal elected leaders are principled conservatives who have the leadership skills to work with others to get things done.

Represent the 3rd District of Utah in Congress and on the National Stage; to protect and drive the interests of the State and District.

No, It is more valuable for Representatives to have experience getting things done in the real world before entering government.

I am a firm believer in the importance of transparency and accountability of government and elected leaders.

Campaign website

Lawrence’s campaign website stated the following:

Fighting for Solutions

Fix inflation and unleash the American economy.

Case Lawrence is committed to unleashing the American economy by pushing back on government overreach and lowering taxes on American families and businesses. Case is a proponent of empowering our energy sector by cutting burdensome regulations and would support eliminating the federal gas and diesel tax. We’re paying nearly 20 cents per gallon.

Secure the border.

We have been talking about securing the border for fifty years in this country. There were more illegal border crossings in Joe Biden’s first three years in office than there were in the decade before that. Last year alone, 169 people on the terror watch list were apprehended at the border. Fixing the border is a national security concern and it’s a community concern.

Case Lawrence will fight to secure our borders once and for all through enforcement and reform of Title 8 amnesty laws and procedures.

Cut out reckless spending.

The American national debt just hit $34 trillion! Reckless spending by the Biden administration has fueled crippling inflation and onerous interest rates. Case Lawrence will fight against wasteful federal spending and government giveaways.

Shrink Government

The Federal government controls over half of Utah's public land and over regulates Utah companies. Returning control over our own energy, lands and businesses is foundational to restoring the American Dream. [2]
