(Webinar) With Autumn upon us, and the temperatures beginning to drop, rather than snuggle under a blanket to watch some Netflix, watch an upcoming webinar (Thursday 9 May, 18.00–19.30) on Fostering Culturally Diverse Leadership in Organisations – Hearing from successful cases of Asian-Australian leaders. (You still get to snuggle under a blanket in front of your computer, but with a bonus of absorbing some great professional development.) Seminar Overview As the war for talent intensifies and stakeholders prioritise environmental, social and governance (ESG), Australian organisations’ boards and senior management must take action to manage them. Additionally, with about 30% of Australia’s population being foreign-born, leaders need to focus more on improving the cultural diversity of their workplaces. However, effectively managing cultural diversity, especially in leadership roles, can be challenging.
