The staff are very helpful and nice. The location is very convenient. The beds are quite comfortable. We especially enjoyed the Sunday afternoon tea at the Jasmine Lounge. The tea dance was a very special experience. Since the hotel is located on the well-known Nanjing Road, there is always a large crowd, especially at night. So one needs to be cautious when traveling at night.

It��s definitely THE place to spend some quality time. Very professional and warm service provided by the staff. Alexandera in the lobby is an excellent guide and photographer. Best views in town. Staying here will bring you back to the old days of Shanghai. Worth a visit.

The spacious room was impressive, but what truly stood out was the exceptional staff. Their genuine care for customers was evident, and it was clear they took pride in working at this historic hotel. From the moment I checked in, I was personally escorted to the lift, and upon reaching my floor, another staff member guided me to my room. This level of service wasn't motivated by tips; it was driven by a sincere desire to ensure comfort. While the hotel isn't inexpensive, it's worth every penny spent.

Stayed in the signature suite (us) and queen bedder (kids) Stepping into the lobby is stepping back into time. Time slows, noise from the streets dies and you are hit with the unique scent from Le Labo. It creates quite the first impression. Check-in was unhurried; we dined at the gold lounge while waiting. My spouse and i were wowed by the suite. It offered a stunning perspective of the city skyline along the iconic Bund waterfront... the suite was faultless. Beyond the exceptional service, the hotel embodies an old world charm with elegance and historic allure. It attracts visitors with its Art Deco architecture and the ambiance of a bygone era, providing me with a memorable experience that is truly unmatched by other hotels. My stay was a pleasant experience especially with Nana and Marjory, who readily provided assistance whenever i called. Thank you! This is my first trip to China. I am SO GLAD that Peace hotel was the last of three hotels that i stayed in for this trip. It is the perfect ending for me.

Incredible service and atmosphere at this establishment. We particularly enjoyed dining in Fairmont Gold lounge. It was a top notch experience with great food. Lance took care of us superbly well and was super accommodating as well as attentive.
