I stayed at the hotel for five nights. The first two nights didn't sleep quite well because of the design of the bathroom door. There's a big gap between the door and the bathroom and if you on the light it will disturb the person who is sleeping as the light will shine out through the gap. We had to go to the bathroom in the dark middle of the night. It was very troublesome. I decided to inform the front desk and see what can be done. The lady at the front desk was very approachable and quickly arranged their officers to investigate and try to fix it. She promised that they can change another room for me if I'm still not satisfy with the work. The door was fixed and it was much better. I realised that this issue will happen again after using for a while as this is the design of the bathroom. I appreciated the help of all the staff. The housekeeping 时大叔 was very nice and friendly. He kept our room cleaned and catered for our needs during our stay. We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The location of the hotel was very good. There are many eating places, shoppings, cafes and near to the metro station. It was a wonderful trip. ◡̈

Perfect hotel for your visit to Shanghai , the location is great and well connected and walkable to cafes sightseeing and a lot of city . Rooms are good and spacious housekeeping services are good - bfast is decent - airport pick up was efficient

Great location, good service but old room

Very close to Jing'an Temple metro station, staff are professional, the room is clean but quite old. The bathroom door is on a track and cannot be fully closed, and the toilet is an old style too. You can book a taxi in advance through the concierge, which is a good sign of service.

Excellent stay! Best location in Shanghai, right in front of JingAn temple, very close to the metro, and many other facilities. Spacious rooms and very friendly staff, always willing to work the extra mile to give a hand. In my opinion it’s the best value you can get in this neighbourhood!

Great staff, superb noise free rooms (good pillows and mattresses), nice breakfast and very nice Japanese restaurant (that I don’t seem to find on LinkedIn), perfect gym, good limo service and fair price: what is there not to like? It is my place to stay when in JingAn.
